Ron Andruff
President, DNS AXE

Ron Andruff is a highly accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur, with over 30 years of international success across the sports, travel, and domain name sectors.

Renowned as an Internet governance veteran, Ron has been a committed volunteer at ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. His tenure includes service to the Business Constituency and leadership roles on numerous committees and working groups, contributing significantly to ICANN’s evolution and global impact.

As Director of igSherpa, a business unit of ONR Consulting, Ron leads an international consultancy comprising experts with specific talents.

A Canadian national and co-founder, Ron brings unparalleled expertise to his roles as President of DNS AXE, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, leveraging his rich history within ICANN to drive impactful change.


Mark Datysgeld
Vice President, DNS AXE

Mark Datysgeld’s solid background in international relations, Internet governance, and technology is evidenced by his BA and Masters in International Relations, specializing in Internet Governance. Further,he holds expertise in health technology and diverse language writing systems online.

A passionate technologist, staying close to the pulse of the latest trends and technologies complement Mark’s proficiency as a communicator and educator. Currently, Mark serves as the Business Constituency representative to the ICANN GNSO Council, engaging in policy development for generic top-level domains (gTLDs) on behalf of the global Internet community.

Under his Governance Primer brand, he develops research and creative strategies for transnational engagement relative to client technology-driven demands. A Brazilian citizen, and a co-founder of DNS AXE, Mark brings his expertise as an Internet scientist to the role of Vice President, driving the company’s technological advancements, research, and solutions.

Olga Cavalli

Dr. Eng. Olga Cavalli is co-founder and Academic Director of the South School on Internet Governance, the Argentine School of Internet Governance and Dominios Latinoamerica.

Currently, Olga holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of National Defense at the National Defense University of Argentina, and was previously Undersecretary of Information Technology and National Director of Cybersecurity of Argentina. She also served as an advisor to the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs representing Argentina at international technology meetings.Olga was the first woman from Latin America to be a member of the ISOC Board of Trustees and a member of the ISOC Foundation Board.

Olga is a former Vice Chair of the ICANN GAC and is currently a member of the ICANN ccNSO. She has also served as a member of the United Nations Secretary-General’s MAG Advisory Group for seven years, with respect to the Internet Governance Forum. Fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German, with an understanding of French, Italian and Dutch, Olga
holds a Doctorate in Business Management, Master’s in Business Administration, Postgraduate Degree in Telecommunications Regulation, and Electronics and Electrical Engineering.



Jeffrey Bedser

Jeffrey Bedser is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in cybersecurity, cyber investigation, threat intelligence, and online harm mitigation.

As founder and CEO of CleanDNS, he works to detect and stop malicious online activities, leveraging his expertise as a private detective and DNS specialist to protect millions of users. In Jeffrey’s view, CleanDNS is on a mission to clean up the internet for good, which drives him to actively promote internet governance and safety through his various board and committee roles.

With over 25 years of experience, Jeffrey founded and led iThreat to a successful exit, providing solutions to combat online crime. He served on the Board of Public Interest Registry (PIR) from 2017 to 2023, finishing as Board Chair. As a volunteer, Jeffrey has spent 13 years as a Scout Master, 15 years on ICANN’s Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC), and has been on the Editorial Board for the Security Journal since 2001. He also serves on the Lower Makefield Township Historical Commission.



Reg Levy

Reg Levy is the Associate General Counsel – Domains at Tucows, Inc., overseeing compliance for the wholesale domain registrar Tucows Domains, mobile services enabler Wavelo, and fiber ISP, Ting. She leads a team of compliance professionals and bridges the gap between the Internet, law, and law enforcement.

An active member of the ICANN multi-stakeholder community, Reg shapes policy through her roles on multiple working groups, including co-chairing the Registrar Stakeholder Group DNS Abuse Sub-Group, and Registrar Stakeholder Group Compliance Sub-Group. Before Tucows, she worked at a portfolio TLD registry, launching gTLDs such as .HORSE and .LAW.
Reg holds a law degree from Pepperdine University, studied Jura at the University of Augsburg (Germany), and also holds a degree in dispute resolution.

Fluent in English, German, French, and Klingon, she is a California bar member, which serves as her volunteer platform to mentor new lawyers.


Ron Andruff
Chairman, Board of Trustees

Since retiring from a career as a professional ice hockey player, where he won championships in the NHL, AHL, and German National Hockey League, Ron Andruff’s notable understanding of ‘teamwork’ has empowered him to co-found seven companies.

Ron joined the ICANN community as a Business Constituency volunteer in 1999. In 2009, he became Chairman of ICANN’s Standing Committee for GNSO Policy Improvements Implementation (SCI), tasked with resolving thorny GNSO Council process/policy implementation issues that arose as a result of the GNSO Affirmation of Commitments review and re-ordering of ICANN itself. A member of the 2013 and 2014 Nominating Committees and 2015 Chair-Elect, he also served as Vice Chair of the Implementation Advisory Group for Competition, Consumer Trust, and Consumer Choice (IAG-CCT), guiding a study on metrics related to gTLD expansion.

As president & CEO of Tralliance Corporation (2001-2007), Ron co-founded the .TRAVEL top-level domain registry, spearheading a large-scale test of the concept of “community-based” top-level domains, ultimately supporting tens of thousands domain registrations across 140 travel trade associations within travel’s nine industry sectors, in over 70 countries.

Over the last decade, as a principal at ONR Consulting, Inc., Ron has managed igSherpa, an international consultancy focused on consumer trust, competition and innovation, rights protection (promoting policies that uphold human rights), and minimizing harmful externalities. A well-traveled, global citizen, Ron speaks English, German, and Italian, and understands spoken Dutch.
